Cocktails: An Introduction
Notes for novices
One of the regularly scheduled leisure activities at our house is mixing cocktails. This is something we do almost every day, and typically I make drinks with anyone who comes to visit us. For lack of ideas on controversial topics, this essay instead offers some half-baked (half-mixed?) thoughts on why and how one should enjoy cocktails.
